Budding Stars ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote/hybrid role. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for children on the autism spectrum and provide supervision to RBTs.

Eligible candidates hold a BCBA certification and Maryland LBA or are eligible, with 1 year of BCBA practice preferred. The role includes a generous sign-on bonus, paid CEUs, and travel mileage reimbursement for site visits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• Maryland State License (LBA) or immediate eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred; strong new grads welcome to apply.
• Passion for mentorship, clinical excellence, and ethical care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for children on the autism spectrum (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
• Develop high-quality, data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Lead parent training sessions to promote skill generalization at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinical directors.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
