Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling, compensation ranging from $55 to $75 per hour, and no minimum caseload or non-compete agreements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
