Reaching Beyond Limits Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical oversight for a small caseload of individuals with autism and related disabilities. You design and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with caregivers to apply ABA strategies in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Be licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or equivalent with ABA oversight scope.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or accredited graduate-level behavior analysis certification.
• Ability to liaise with direct support professionals and coordinate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of programming for a small caseload.
• Complete new member intakes and assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff to implement treatment plans with fidelity.
• Perform fidelity checks and provide feedback to clinicians and technicians.
• Train parents/caregivers in ABA strategies for home/community settings.
