Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans across diverse settings including homes and centers. You will train technicians and family members, supervise patients via in-person or telehealth sessions, and coordinate with caregivers and other service providers to ensure consistent care.

You will generate progress reports and IEP-related assessments, participate in placement meetings, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Act as liaison between technicians, caregivers and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during meetings.
• Create reports including progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative tracking documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
