Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role involves supervision of clinical staff, collaboration with families, and ensuring care aligns with state and insurance guidelines.

You will assess, program, monitor progress, and modify interventions while maintaining high standards of care and data-driven decision making. A supportive, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be state-licensed as a behavior analyst.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and collaborating with families.
• Ability to use data to drive treatment decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, and care coordination.
• Supervise clinical staff and develop supervisees' skills and certifications.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members to ensure quality treatment.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and insurance-related forms.
