Job summary

Pine Cone Therapies is seeking an experienced BCBA to provide clinical oversight for a team of RBTs in an in-person pediatric setting in Southlake, TX. You will supervise treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to set achievable goals, collaborating with SLPs and OTs to deliver holistic care.

You will ensure ethical, assent-based care and robust documentation, driving growth and quality across the program while shaping futures for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensure in TX and strong communication.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (BCBA, SLPs, OTs).
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and build ethical, assent-based care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
• Write and monitor individualized treatment plans reflecting ethical, assent-based care.
• Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with SLPs and OTs to deliver wraparound care.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards.
• Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration.
