Job summary

CENTRIA Autism in East Lansing, MI, seeks a licensed BCBA to lead ABA therapy in a purpose-built clinical setting. You’ll focus on clinical excellence with strong leadership support and a streamlined CareConnect platform to reduce paperwork.

You’ll supervise Technicians, design assent-based behavior plans, engage families in on-site training, and advance your career through CEU opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be eligible for certification.
• Experience leading ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to supervise and mentor technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
