Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
