Job summary

Healing Haven, a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic for children with autism, seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy programs and supervise clinical staff in Michigan. The role emphasizes family-centered care, parent training, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will design and monitor treatment plans, provide staff training, ensure compliant documentation for insurance reimbursement, and contribute to program development and research.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Michigan Behavior Analyst license is required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism.
• Ability to maintain a caseload within a structured clinical model.
• Managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Positive leadership attitude under stress.
• Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions.
• Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff.
• Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance.
• Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure home-clinic consistency.
• Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care.
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis.
• Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis.
