The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonuses averaging around $1,000 per month, with strong operational support and clear career advancement within Centria's Clinical Excellence Team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy with children.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Strong collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center setting.
• Provide daily guidance to Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site trainings to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality services with data-driven decisions and supervision.
