Jobot in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs. This full-time, permanent role includes a capped caseload, no weekends, and collaboration with medical teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and at least three years of ABA experience, plus CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.
• Experience with ASD and behavioral needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass background checks.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
