Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. This role focuses on developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to drive meaningful outcomes in children with autism.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst qualification required.
• NC LBA licensure required in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience in functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals across settings for individuals with autism.
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and ABA programs.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
