Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care in Apex, NC is seeking a skilled BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs and supervise RBTs. The role focuses on treatment plan development, assessments, and collaboration with families to drive meaningful progress for clients with autism and related needs.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure, plus a Master’s degree in ABA or related field. The position offers a hybrid schedule, strong professional development, and opportunities for research

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA licensure is required in North Carolina.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments; adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
