Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices and a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and client success.

The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
