Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate, clinician-led team in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are dedicated to transforming lives through outcomes-driven ABA practices that are evidence-based and collaborative.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring ethical and payer compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience training and supervising RBTs.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
