Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Greensboro, NC to design and oversee ABA programs for individuals with ASD. This full-time role offers a guaranteed bonus plus a $25K sign-on, capped caseload, no weekends, and a strong benefits package.

The position requires at least 3 years of ABA experience and BCBA certification. You will collaborate with medical professionals, supervise RBTs, conduct functional assessments, train families, and maintain detailed documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and behavioral needs.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification, background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed and train families.
• Maintain accurate progress records and ensure BACB guidelines are followed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
