Job summary

Trellis Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will supervise clinicians and mentor BTs, write clinical reports, and participate in regional trainings with LEARN Behavioral, a nationwide network.

The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, family partnership, data-driven decisions, and a 20-hour minimum weekly billable target, with quarterly bonuses and generous full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program directives are implemented accurately.
