Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

You'll supervise a team of BTs, conduct clinical reviews, write reports for funding sources, lead parent trainings, and participate in regional meetings to support ongoing professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification required or candidates must pass BCBA exam soon.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and train behavior technicians through competency-based supervision.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews for funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Deliver client-centered, assent-based treatment and data-driven program direction.
