Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will mentor staff, oversee client programs, analyze data, and collaborate with families under assent-based treatment principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety and adherence to ABA guidelines.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Implement program directives from senior clinical team in a timely manner.
