Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of clinicians providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll lead and supervise a dedicated group, partner with families, and ensure compassionate, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification or exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children with autism.
• Commitment to assent-based treatment and family partnership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings.
• Ensure client safety and implement ABA program directions.
• Analyze data and guide teaching procedures for each case.
• Collaborate with senior clinical team on program maintenance.
