Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism and related disorders.

You will supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, train families, update treatment plans, and ensure data-driven practice across client locations, with a hybrid work model supporting professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• Active, valid, and unrestricted license(s) to practice ABA in the state of service.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Lead behavioral assessments including functional analyses and interpretation of results.
• Train and supervise team members (Paraprofessionals, RBTs) and provide 1:1 supervision.
