Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer part-time and full-time roles with a strong emphasis on assent-based treatment and family partnerships.

Join a nationwide network of over 500 BCBAs, with robust benefits, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive clinical leadership structure. Location includes North Carolina/Jacksonville, with flexible schedules and meaningful developmental impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility within the next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat safety of clients and others as a top priority.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
