Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in a collaborative setting. You'll supervise teams, mentor BTs, and write reviews for funding sources to support client progress.

We emphasize assent-based treatment, family partnerships, and strong clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care and steady professional development opportunities across 18 states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Commitment to person-centered, assent-based treatment and family partnership.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Ensure safety and implement program directions from senior clinicians.
