The position offers a base salary between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, full-time hours, and a relocation package up to $10,000. A BCBA certification and master's degree are required, with licensure processes supported as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Prepare licensure process before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and monitor BCBA-based behavior-analytic programs.
• Supervise RBTs and caregivers implementing programs.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions and needs.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
