Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, individualized ABA services, and collaboration with families and professionals to support meaningful client progress.

You will supervise behavior technicians, develop and oversee client plans, and participate in IEP/IFSP processes while maintaining high standards of treatment integrity and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Spanish speaking is valued but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans
• Mentoring and guiding behavior technicians
• Completing assessments
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes
• Facilitating staff trainings
• Evaluating team performance
• Supporting a collaborative and positive work environment
• Attending IEP and IFSP meetings, as required, to support client advocacy and coordination of services
