Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NC LBA license are required.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership and mentorship skills for supervising staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for clients.
• Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Use data collection tools to track client progress and update reports.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
