Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and training skills for staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test and immunizations compliance.
• Passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload funded by the Department of Education and 1-2 insured clients.
• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Use data collection software to track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
