As a BCBA, you will design and implement tailored ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA client programs.
• Ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.
• Passion for improving lives of individuals with autism and special needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress using data collection software and update reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
