The role focuses on designing and overseeing customized ABA programs, supervising technicians, and tracking child progress with data-driven reports.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership and training of entry-level staff is essential.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving lives of individuals with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for children.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Use data collection software to track progress and update reports.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
