Qualifications

• BCaBA Certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and support entry-level staff.
• Compliance with background checks, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Maintain data-driven progress reports using data collection software.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
