Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Leadership skills for training and supervising staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.
• Passion to improve lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for children.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Track client progress using data-driven approaches and software.
