Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Everett, MA to lead clinical care, supervise RBTs, and partner with families. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism within a collaborative clinical team.

The BCBA will own clinical direction, supervise staff, and coordinate with families, maintaining rigorous documentation and data-driven decision making to ensure effective treatment plans and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Work with families, RBTs, and clinical team.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
