Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, develop RBTs, partner with families, and drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary and opportunities to earn more through productivity, with a manageable caseload of about 6–10 clients.

You will work in a hybrid/in-person setting with strong clinical leadership, ongoing training, and support to advance your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
