ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 and a relocation package up to $10K is available to eligible candidates.

As a BCBA, you will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, oversee RBT implementation, conduct assessments, and mentor others seeking BCBA certification. Eligibility requires Master’s degree and active BCBA credential.

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Strong assessment and program design skills.
• Ability to supervise BCBA certification candidates weekly.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
