Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, a leading provider of ABA therapy, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia, PA. Base salary is $100,000–$120,000 full-time with a relocation package up to $10K.

You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide intervention. Join a team committed to outcomes, growth, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensure process initiation before start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Background/drug screening must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
