Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia, PA. The role offers a base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year for a full-time position with relocation assistance up to $10K.

You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct functional and preference assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference and functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
