ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise comprehensive ABA programs for children and families in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The role emphasizes high-quality care, clinical leadership, and collaboration with caregivers and RBTs.

The BCBA will oversee assessment, program development, and supervision of staff, with relocation support up to $10,000 and a base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
