Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000. A relocation package up to $10,000 is offered.

You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions. We support growth, trainings, and comprehensive benefits while focusing on high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee BCBA program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
