ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Philadelphia team. You will design, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic programs for clients, supervise RBTs, and contribute to high-quality outcomes for children and families.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $100,000-$120,000, relocation support up to $10K, comprehensive BCBA benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a values-driven organization focused on data-driven

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for BCBA practice.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure process should be started prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record maintained.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.
• Be willing and able to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities as part of daily practice.
