Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience with behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: conduct comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs to inform ABA services.
• Intervention: develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs; supervise technicians.
• Supervision and Leadership: provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians; conduct evaluations.
• Case Management: coordinate with insurers; manage schedules; update families on progress.
• Staff Training & Coaching: deliver training on ABA principles; provide real-time feedback.
• Professional Development: stay current with ABA research and contribute to quality initiatives.
