Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Develop and implement teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for cohesive care across home, school, and clinic.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessments, reviews, and service authorizations.
• Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and staff training.
• Stay current with ABA research and contribute to quality improvement.
