Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA is seeking a highly qualified BCBA with a Master’s degree to lead ABA program development and supervise the treatment team. The role includes supervision of BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees, coordination of schedules, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee treatment planning and case management while driving service delivery across clinics, with opportunities for growth and leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• 1–2 years of ABA services experience in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments to determine ABA needs.
• Develop teaching programs and positive behavior intervention plans.
• Coordinate client and technician schedules and communicate with parents/caregivers.
• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees and oversee clinic operations.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
