The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and BACB-BCBA certification, with strong ABA knowledge and leadership skills to supervise Behavior Technicians and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive interventions across home, school, and clinic.
