Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and PBIPs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
• Coordinate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians.
