Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
• A valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct comprehensive skills assessments for ABA services.
• FBAs: Perform functional behavior assessments to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans.
• Intervention: Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervision: Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Case management: Coordinate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions.
• Staff training: Provide initial and ongoing training on ABA principles and session management.
• Professional development: Stay current with ABA research and contribute to quality improvement.
• Leadership: Provide supervision, support, and training to staff; participate in team meetings and case conferences.
