Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services, Livermore, CA, seeks a BCBA with clinical leadership experience to supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees in a busy clinic setting. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and caseload management while ensuring high-quality ABA services.

You will collaborate with admins to maintain efficient service delivery and monitor outcomes to drive continuous improvement. A BCBA and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification.
• Experience providing ABA services in a clinic setting (1–2 years).
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees per BACB requirements.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and caseload management.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for clinic-level clinical matters.
