Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services in our San Jose area clinics. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians across home, school, and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing supervision, and professional development within a growing organization that values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience in developing behavior plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and FBAs to determine service needs.
• Develop individualized teaching programs and PBIPs for clients.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Coordinate with insurance for service authorizations and case management.
• Provide ongoing staff training and professional development.
