Job summary

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. seeks a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor a range of behavioral support interventions.

The BCBA will supervise staff delivering ABA services at the program location, ensure fidelity to treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to address challenging behaviors in participants with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification by the BACB with a certification number or 3 years of experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Establish and maintain data measurement systems for documentation and reporting.
• Develop and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related program assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet funding contract requirements and standards of care.
• Provide supervision and ABA training to staff with modeling opportunities.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
