Job summary

SM Staffing seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification/licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA treatment programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to RBTs and staff.
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions per requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
