Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA care.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality services across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and families and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Apply PBS principles to meet clients, families, and organizations’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
